1. Eligibility and Registration

To register a 768bat account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
• Not be self-excluded from gambling on any platform.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions and the 768bat Privacy Policy in full.

768bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

2. Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. You must keep your contact details up -to-date at all times. 768bat may contact you using the details on file for account-related communications, including security alerts and verification requests. You are responsible for any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify 768bat of any unauthorised access. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

768bat supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi payment channels. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• All payment accounts used must be registered in the same name as the 768bat account.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or where additional identity verification is required.
• 768bat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges separately.
• 768bat reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a game balance. Contact support immediately if an incorrect amount is deposited.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 768bat offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and enhanced odds to eligible members. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 768bat platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of stolen payment credentials.

11. Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment account within 5 business days. 768bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without obligation to return funds where forfeiture conditions have been triggered by the breach. 768bat may also close accounts where continued operation would expose the platform to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

12. Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English.
